Return Policy

The Surplus Front strives to provide the best customer service possible. I try my best to offer the most accurate description of an item possible. If I send an item that is not the size you ordered, or the item is in unusable condition, I will gladly issue an exchange or refund. If you have ordered the wrong size or changed your mind after buying the item, you will not be able to either exchange or return your item. Items that are defective but have been clearly described in the description are not eligible for a return. 
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund or exchange. Anything afterward will unfortunately not be accepted. All shipping costs will be at the buyer's expense unless I made a mistake. So please be sure of the size you order.
