The only two things I do not like about this are that it's not my size and I don't have more of them to sell. 

Officially named the "Coat, Parka, Winter N-1 (officers only)" these were worn during the much harsher weather when aboard a ship. The outer layer has a rubberized coating to allow any moisture to run off, while the internal lining has a super warm alpaca wool. 

These would close with a zipper and buttons.
The hood was also lined with an adjustment strap on the back. 
The internal sleeves have an elastic cuff to prevent any cold air from entering. 
This is a size 42, so unfortunately, it is too big for me. 

On the condition, the coat can be worn for daily use, but there are a few small tears, mainly by the buttons and drawstring. These appear to only be tears in the outer layer while the internal layer is in great shape. 
These will be perfect for the coming winter this season.
