These Czech medical kits are awesome! These kits are filled with different medical supplies such as gauze, bandages, and more. The bags can easily be hung over the shoulder ad held down with a waist strap. There are two straps on the top of the bag so you can attach any sort of blanket or anything similar. All bags with be similar in content, but there will be some variations between the bags.  
 
These are being sold as collectibles and not useable medical equipment. But from what I can tell, most if not all, of the items, are still sealed.
