These canteens can hold a good amount of water, 1 liter to be exact. This will keep you hydrated when going on hikes are playing airsoft. The pouches can easily be attached to your equipment belt via velcro and snaps. The pouch itself has a small divider inside if you want to keep something else in there. 

Nearly half of my shipment of these came with Dutch canteens. Therefore, I have given the option to choose from the more round style British canteens or the more slim style Dutch canteens.
